• small imperfections are normal and part of the handmade process

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays or external factors.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or incorrect delivery information.

• Any customs fees or import charges (if applicable) are the buyer’s responsibility.

• Items must be unused and in original condition.

• We do not accept returns for change of mind.
